Patients can send simple queries via our Message facility. To use these service patients can register to use Patient Access (Formerly Emis Access) at the surgery by requesting their unique ACCESS ID number and PIN Registration Letter. When you have enrolled for your Patient Access account on line, via the Boundary House website, you can message the practice.
